1. The Service

PromptStack provides project memory and AI prompt enhancement tools, including a web application and a browser extension that integrates with third-party AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, v0, ChatGPT). We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll do our best to give reasonable notice before material changes.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at arsh22415@gmail.com immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary data from the Service.
• Use the Service to spam, scrape, or send automated bulk requests beyond your plan's allowances.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our prior written consent.

4. Plans & payment

The Free plan includes 15 prompt enhances per calendar month and 1 project. The Pro plan is billed at $9 USD per month or $84 USD per year through our payment processor Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen cadence until cancelled.

You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period (except as described in our Refund Policy). Pricing may change from time to time; renewals will use the price disclosed before the renewal date.

5. Intellectual property

You own your content. You retain all rights to the prompts you submit and the enhanced prompts produced from them. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

We own the platform.PromptStack's code, design, branding, documentation, and curated marketplace prompts are our intellectual property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Clerk, Supabase, OpenAI, Razorpay, and Vercel. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms and acceptable-use policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that enhanced prompts will produce particular results in third-party AI tools, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. We'll generally give notice except when immediate action is required.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
