7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
Not happy with Pro? Email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first-ever PromptStack Pro subscription payment (monthly or yearly). Subsequent renewals are not eligible for this guarantee.
To qualify, you must email us at arsh22415@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the date the payment was charged.
2. How to request a refund
- Email arsh22415@gmail.com with the subject line
Refund Request - [your account email]. - Include the email address on your PromptStack account so we can locate the payment.
- (Optional) Tell us why you're refunding so we can improve. Not required.
We typically reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method.
3. After the 7-day window
After the 7-day money-back window has passed, we do not offer refunds on completed subscription payments — but you can cancel any time to prevent future billing. You keep Pro access through the end of the current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
4. What we do not refund
- Partial refundsfor unused portions of a billing period (we don't pro-rate).
- Renewals after the first payment. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.
- Free plan. There's nothing to refund because you weren't charged.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund of the current billing period (unless you're inside the 7-day window above). After cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then automatically move to the Free plan.
6. Currency & payment processor
All subscriptions are billed in USD through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing times may add a few business days on top of our 5–7 day window.
